Shipping

Flora Ottimer is pleased to offer a flat shipping option to all US states. Domestic ground shipping is free for orders over $75* (see exceptions) and must be able to ship via traditional ground shipping for this promotion to apply. Orders over $75 that do not ship via domestic ground shipping (expedited orders, large parcel items, medium parcel items, freight delivery) will be charged the standard shipping fee. 

*For heavier furniture items, such as custom painted furniture, for example, shipping will be calculated on a case-by-case basis and communicated directly to customer. 

**Local delivery will become available at checkout based on the shipping zip code entered at checkout. 

Taxes

Flora Ottimer does not collect taxes in all US states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax - some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.

Cancellations

Once payment has been accepted, we cannot guarantee that any changes or cancellations to your order will be possible. If you wish to make a change and your order has already shipped, we can set up a return for you. Please email info@floraottimer.com or call (954) 463-2292 as soon as you realize a change needs to be made. 

Returns

Returns will be accepted if they are post marked 30 days from delivery for a refund in the manner your purchase was made. Please allow time for your return to be processed and your payment to be refunded by your credit card company. If your return was an item that was gifted to you, store credit will be offered in the form of a gift certificate. 

Products being returned must be in original condition:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • tags and any packaging intact
  • odor free, stain free and not damaged

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns will not be accepted on any personalized, customized, or embroidered items. Sale items are nonreturnable. 

Damages

Please inspect order upon arrival. In the rare case that an item arrives to you damaged, defective, or the incorrect item is delivered, please email info@floraottimer.com for immediate assistance so we can rectify.
